My first vintage card

This is the card that I was most worried about as I have never done vintage before. I knew what I wanted it to look like and I have to say I do love this card. It took me a while to get everything in the right place but I think the finished card is pretty good. I have done a box to go with it but not got a photo of that.

A male card for now

I dont do many male cards as I love using swirls and pearls and flowers. Not many men appreciate all of that on their card.

A very productive weekend!

Well I have had a good crafting weekend and week. Apart from the two already posted I have made so many cards. I have really enjoyed them all and love using all my stash.

I have another card that is work in progress at the moment for a friends birthday. I know what I want it to look like I just have to work out how I can do it. Half way there at the moment as I have got loads of bits together so all I have to do is to pop them onto the card in the right way... easy eh?? I wish!!

Another card done

Kim and I have a sort of challenge that we make one card (well should be two - one generic and one Christmas) and one scrapbook layout a week. I think I am up to date and well in advance of the generic card making and have one Christmas card to make. Scrapping hmmm well not done any so far. Going to wait until after the holiday and scrap some of the photos while it is fresh in my mind. I have a travel journal to write everything and taking some envelopes along to pop all my little memorabillia in.

Ok Todays cards is one I really like. I coloured the image in ages ago and thought I must use that. The papers were easy to choose as well. I am liking printing my own papers off these days although it does use alot of ink.

First challenge is a sketch challenge - i love following sketches as I dont normally know where to place it all.
